June, July and Auigust - Weekly Rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)
December, January February and March -
Weekend rentals require two night stay
and Holiday rentals require 3 night stay
CANCELLATION POLICY
Summer - Cancellations made within one month of arrival date will be charged for the entire stay that was booked, unless we can fill your vacancy.
Winter - Cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay that was booked, unless we can fill your vacancy.
- No refunds for early departure
- We have no control over the weather, personal plans and/or misfortunes; thus these are not sufficient reasons for refund.
- We may make exceptions to the above policies due to poor snow conditions (based upon our discretion).
PETS are welcome. They must be in your presence at all times or crated. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. You are also responsible for your pets actions, including any damages resulting from your pets actions.
